Simple App for recording Rally car numbers and start times. Useful for rallys which do not rely on a beam break with a recording clock at the start of a rally stage. Data is uploaded to a web server after each start, or optionally as a batch if the rally start position is in a poor mobile coverage area.

Each transmission sends all queued start times.

Each resend sends the full list of times, queued or sent ( and updates queued records to sent records ).
